All About Me

Hi,  My name is Sherri......I am in the process of writing a book about my daughter, Monica. She struggled with Anorexia for many years and eventually lost her battle just 2 years ago. I immediately wanted to write a book about our journey, but it took me a while to get started on my writings. Someone recommended that I start a blog so I thought why not continue writing in Monica's blog, which she had started only 3 days before she died.  That is what I am doing here, writing whatever comes to mind...I am trying to accomplish many things here, first of all, I want people to know who Monica was, behind the exterior....

Eating Disorders are so misunderstood and facinating to others, so I invite people to enter into the world of eating disorders just for the knowledge and understanding and just for a little insight as to how devastating it is to one who is afflicted and all of the people around them who are affected. If I can help one single person who is struggling, it would be worth it to me...
